A poll released on the 26th showed a 53.1% positive rating for the job performance of President Lee Jae Myung.
Energy Economy Newspaper and Realmeter surveyed 2,509 voters nationwide aged 18 and older from the 19th to the 23rd. The positive rating for the job performance of President Lee Jae Myung was 53.1%, the same as the previous week, and the negative rating was 42.1%, down 0.1 percentage points from the previous week. The share responding that they did not know was 4.8%. In Daegu/Gyeongbuk, the positive rating rose by 8 percentage points, and in Gwangju/Jeolla, it rose by 7.7 percentage points.
In a party support survey of 1,000 voters nationwide aged 18 and older conducted on the 22nd and 23rd, the Democratic Party recorded 42.7%, the People Power Party 39.5%, the Cho Kuk Innovation Party 3.2%, the Reform Party 3.1%, the Progressive Party 1.5%, and other parties 1.2%. The unaffiliated were 8.9%.
Support for the Democratic Party rose by 0.2 percentage points from the previous week, and support for the People Power Party increased by 2.5 percentage points from the previous week. Support for the Innovation Party rose by 0.7 percentage points, while support for the Reform Party and the Progressive Party fell by 0.2 percentage points each from the previous week.
The margin of error for the survey evaluating the president's job performance was ±2.0 percentage points at the 95% confidence level. The margin of error for the party support survey was ±3.1 percentage points at the 95% confidence level. Both surveys used wireless automated response (ARS) with random dialing based on a randomly generated sampling frame.
