On Sunday the 3rd, rain is expected nationwide. In the Seoul metropolitan area, Gangwon Province, the Chungcheong region, the Jeolla region, and the northern part of North Gyeongsang, some places may see rain continue through the 4th.

Busan and the southern coast of South Gyeongsang are expected to see 20∼60㎜, and Ulsan and inland South Gyeongsang 10∼40㎜.

Jeju Island is expected to receive 30∼80㎜ (10∼60㎜ in the north). The southern mid-mountain area of Jeju will see more than 100㎜, and the mountainous area more than 120㎜ of heavy rain.

On the 3rd in Jeju, there may be places with 10∼20㎜ per hour, and in the mid-mountain and mountainous areas, more than 20∼30㎜ per hour.

From the 2nd over three days, expected precipitation is 5∼30㎜ for Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi, and 10∼40㎜ for Gangwon. Over the two days of the 3rd and 4th, expected precipitation is 10∼40㎜ for North Chungcheong, 5∼30㎜ for Daejeon, Sejong, and South Chungcheong, 10∼40㎜ for Gwangju, South Jeolla, and North Jeolla, 20∼60㎜ for the South Jeolla coast, and 5∼30㎜ for Daegu and North Gyeongsang.

Along the south coast and on Jeju, some areas may also see thunder and lightning accompanied by gusts.

Morning lows are forecast at 11∼15 degrees, and daytime highs at 14∼19 degrees.

Fine dust concentrations nationwide are ‘good’∼‘moderate’. However, in the Seoul metropolitan area, they are expected to be ‘bad’ in the morning.
